Damaged or Incorrect Items:

- Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

- We’ll replace or refund damaged unusable or incorrect items on a case-by-case basis.

- All wholesale sales are final unless the product arrives damaged.

- Damaged wholesale goods must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photo proof.
